10/13-15/2017: We are proud to welcome back to the farm Ms. Betsy Steiner!  We are happy to announce that our clinic is full, however auditing is free! So plan to join us along with your notebook and chair, for what is sure to be a fun and educational weekend! 

10/5/2017: Team Pratense will be headed  out once again to the Youth Charity Horse Show!  We will be at the Illinois State Fairgrounds till the 8th.  Please come cheer on our youngsters as they finish off this year's wonderful show season!

9/28/2017: Huge Shout Out and Happy Birthday to Ms. Paula Briney!!  Have A Great Day!

9/27/2017: Day one of the St. Louis Charity Horse Show 2017 is now in the record books for Team Pratense!  We are happy to report if went off without a hitch!  We had two horses, New York by Storm and Jet Jockey, show in the Open Trail as a warm up for the week's activities, both did excellent!  Mrs. Sally Briney and Society's Isabella made a wonderful showing in the Show Pleasure Driving Class earning a 5th place ribbon!  Helena Rosse and New York by Storm had an amazing warm up hunter class to start off the show!  Katherine Walker and Wind Up Toy swept the MHSA Saddleseat Jr. Medallion Finals 11-13 age group taking Champion Honors!!  Paula Briney and Reedann's Count Mystery finished off the night with a fantastic ride in the Open Gaited class!  A very long day, but a very successful one!!

9/25/2017: Team Pratense travels to Lake St. Louis, MO for the St. Louis Charity Horse Show.   They will be proudly showcasing our fine saddlebreds: 

Society's Isabella and Mrs. Sally Briney, Reedann's Count Mystery and Paula Briney, New York by Storm and Helena Rosse, Jet Jockey and Elizabeth George, Wind Up Toy and Katherine Walker, Fashion Master and Caroline Younkin!

The Fall Season brings about several main-stay horse shows that are always fun and full of good times!!

9/23/2017:  Team Pratense kicked of the fall show season with its annual visit to Tower Hill Equestrian Center for the Tower Hill Fall Schooling Show.  We took 7 horses and 8 riders for a nice laid back dressage schooling show.  Everyone did an amazing job from a 5 year old showing intro to Paula trying out Second Level Western Dressage.  Everyone in-between did training level.  We had very consistant scoring in the mid 60's with great feed back from the judge!  All of these riders will be showcasing what they learned at the Youth Charity Horse Show in 2 weeks!  Plan to come out and see us at the Illinois State Fairgrounds Oct. 5-8 2017
